i have 2 dozen eggs that need to be used soon, preferably baked I’m a sweets gal, and I recently received 3 dozen farm fresh eggs from a coworker, not realizing that they need to be consumed within 2 weeks. I’m able to do a dozen by breakfast eggs, but I want to figure out ways to use most of the other two dozen, or at the very least, one dozen, in preferably, a baked good(s).Any recipes that use a lot of eggs per recipe?eta: I also received a regular-sized “personal” watermelon in a produce delivery box that I wouldn’t mind using in some sort of recipe, as well.
