Keto Honey Garlic Shrimp~! ​https://i.redd.it/ppnuoopj04u21.jpg​Cook Time / Carb InfoPrepping Time 5MMarinate Time 15MCooking Time 5MTotal Time 25MNet Carb/Serving ~2gServings 1​Ingredients3/4lb of Shrimps with Tail On5 tsp Swerve/Monkfruit (use only 4 tsp if you prefer less sweet)4 tsp Water1/16 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional)2 tbsp Soy Sauce2 Cloves of Garlic1/2 Inch Ginger3 tsp Sesame Oil1 Stalk Green Onion1 tbsp Almonds (optional)​Directions Full step by step picture recipe @ https://lowcarbingasian.com/keto-honey-garlic-shrimp​1) Gather all the ingredients.2) Grind garlic with a grinder or garlic press and place into large mixing bowl.3) Grind ginger with a grinder and place into large mixing bowl.4) Add Soy Sauce and 1 tsp Sesame Oil of into large mixing bowl.5) In a small Teflon fry pan, add 5 tsp of Swerve/Monkfruit and 4 tsp water and bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, add optional Xanthan Gum and let it simmer for about 30 seconds. Once 30 seconds has passed, transfer syrup to a large mixing bowl and mix well. Once mixed, add shrimp into the large mixing bowl, toss and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.6) In the meantime, finely chop green onions and set aside.7) Optional step of you are using almonds - if you have pre-sliced or pre-crushed almonds, you can skip this step. If you have whole almonds, put almonds in a food processor and pulse until almonds are in smaller pieces and set aside.8) Prepare cauliflower rice in your preferred manner (we just heated it in the microwave for 4 minutes). Transfer to serving plate.9) Once 15 minutes has passed, add 2 tsp Sesame Oil in a large Teflon fry pan and bring up to temperature on high, should take around 2 minute. Once up to temp, add shrimp, stir well and cook until meat is no longer transparent, around 2-4 minutes. Note - shrimp will initially splatter, so we would recommend initially covering.
